Answer.—Yes, Interest and Sinking Fund will have to be provided upon the- compensation paid to the trade- This will not exceed £250,000 a year. O —WILL PROHIBITION BRING ANY INCREASES TO THE STATE REVENUE? Answer.—Yes. . Experts estimate that at least 55 per cent, or £BIO,OOO, is caused by drink. This will be saved under Prohibition.
