RAPIDLY DEMOBILISING, , r ONLY 1000 MEN IN GERMANY. ' (Special from the Official War Correspondent.) March 18. Another draft of COO men, including the last of the artillery', got away yesterday from Cologne for. England, via Rouen. There are now less than 1000 men here, and next week should see the whole division clear of Germany. The delay to demobilisation caused by Hie strikes in England lias been overcome for the present, and last week several troopships sailed for New’ Zealand.
