" H asserted that a batch of diseased men from Dunedin got ont hand, and overran a train, using all the con leniences. Urgent representations are to be made to the Government. On the other hand, the Department has demanded the return of the quarantine stations, and Featherston is the only place the Defence Authorities have at their disposal.
