AUSTRALIA'S NAVY
ARRANGING FOR FUTURE PROGRAMME. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received Dec. 12, 1.15 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 10. Hon. Joseph Cook, Federal Minister for the Navy, has arranged to secure the services of a high naval autlv>iity to report on Australia's future naval programme, but a final decision lias been delayed owing to the elections. He also intends to obtain a first-class naval expert as the administrative head of the Naval Board.
