CHINESE AFFAIRS
SUGGE&tjbNS BY ALLIED DIPLOMATS. (Australian and N.Z. and Reuter.) Received December 11, 8.20 p.m. TIENTSIN. Dec. 10. The Allied Diplomats have handed to the President of China a memorandum urging the termination of the differences with Southern China. A similar document has been handed to the Southern leaders. The Allies disclaim any intention of interference.
