BOY SCOUTS: A COMPLAINT.
(To the Editor.) Sir,—ln reference to my letter of the 11th inst., with your permission I would like to make a correction, and a more explicit statement, re tiie wiler rate of the Frankton Scouts' Hal!. Since writing, more authentic information has come to my knowledge. Th.' Scouts' Hall, instead of being charged yearly, is charged quarterly, and the amount charged for the last three quarters is 8s 0d for each quarter, plus meter rent, which makes things ..till more interesting. It appears a;; though the hall is being charged 8s Oil per quarter flat rate, Irrespective of the ineter-reading, which should be charged at the rate of Is 3d per 1000 gallons.—l am, et<h, INTERESTED. Frankton. Ootrtlw 15, 1918.
