FRENCH PROGRESS AT DIFFERENT POINTS ON THE SERRE AND AISNE. w (Australian and New Zealand and Reuter.) Received October 16, 7.45 p.m. LONDON, October 15. A French communique issued at 4.10 p.m. states that last night and early this morning we made progress at different points from the south of the Serre. We captured Barenton Gel and Moncean !e Vaast. West of Grandpre we. hold Olizy. We took over 800 prisoners here.
