Received October 17, 1 a.m. SYDNEY, October 16 „J A big body of reinforcements, which™ * sailed to-day, had a reception reminiscent of the enthusiasm ef the early days of the war. The spMt of victory is abroad among the great crowds and cries of "Forißerlin," mingled with the cheering. Mr Wilson's reply to Germany has dispelled a good deal of doubt surrounding his 14 points, and has heartened everybody.
