ACTION TO STIMULATE PRODUCTION. (Australian, N.Z. and Reutcr.) LONDON, July 11. The Press Bureau announces that the Treasury has appointed a committee, consist of Lord Inchcape, Sir Thomas Elliott, Sir Charles Addiss and Mr W. H. Goschen, to consider the effect of the war upon the Empire's gold production, particularly the treatment of low grade ores, and howto generally stimulate gold' production.
