The Press Bureau announces that the Serbian headquarters staff states that during the evacuation of Serbia the Bulgarians carried off cattle and other property contrary to the armistice stipulations. When quitting Ochrida the Bulbars removed T)000 Serbian prisoners, whom they ill-treated or murdered, leaving the bodies on the roadside. An escaped prisoner states that only 20,000 of these prisoners crossed the Bulgarian frontier.
