NOT PROPERLY RESPECTED. Received October 11, 7..'i0 p.m. LONDON, October 10. A I'nited Press correspondent states that a captured telegram to the General Staff of the Oth Corps from the Kaiser's adjutant-general, says that His Majesty has been displease;! to notice when passing villages and along the roads and over railway crossings the troops failed to pay the necessary respect, while the inhabitants do not greet him in the proper manner by removing their headgear. A staff order stales that this must be seen to.
