BULGARIA REPORTED TO BE SENDING TROOPS AGAINST TURKEY. ■ COMMUNICATION WITH CENTRAL POWERS SECURED THROUGH ODESSA (United Service.) Received October 11, 10.35 p.m. .; AMSTERDAM, October 10. A Constaniinoplc message slates that the Porte lias been advised that Bulgaria is sending trOopfi against Turkey, in accordance with the agreement with the Allies. It is expected that the Bulgarian Minister will be handed his passports. -u; A Berlin message claims that good communications have already been opened with Turkey through Odessa, enabling the transport of supplies.
