RED FLAG IN MELBOURNE
According to the latest newspaper exchanges from Melbourne, the "Red Flag" was still flown daily from the Melbourne Trades Hall, despite the fact that public opinion is emphatically hostile. Mr Watt (the Acting-Federal Prime Minister) has entered into correspondence with the council leaders, and was, when the mail left, awaiting a definite reply as to their future inten. tions regarding the flying of the red flag from the turret of the Trades Hall.
