THE SUNK LINER
SEACOCKS LEFT OPEN. (Reutefs Telegrams.) Received April 2<">, 9 p.m. NEW YORK, April 25. The St. Paul's seacocks are supposed to have been left open, either accidentally or by design. At the time of the sinking the St. Paul was coming from a dry-dock, where she had been undergoing repairs. She lies partially submerged. NO SERIOUS DAMAGE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn ) Received April 26, 11.20 p.m. NEW YORK, April 25. The St. Paul is not seriously damaged, and will be raised. Four were injured. Received April 27, 9.10 a-ja. WASHINGTON, April 26. Three men are missing in oonnectii>:i with the mishap to the liner St. Paul.
