WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given * that by a Warrant of His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, under the provisions of Section 119 of The Public Works Act, 1908. dated the 9th day of April, 1918, the Waikato County Council was authorised to construct the bridge and approaches hereinafter mentioned, and it was directed that the Waipa County Council shall pay one-third, and that, the Waikato County Council shall pay two-thirds of the cost of the said works, £<nd that the contribution required *o be be made by the Waipa County Counj cil as aforesaid shall be paid from time '■ to time in the proportion hereinbefore mentioned out of the funds of the said Waipa County Council within a period of one month after demand in writing, made by or on behalf of the Waikato County Council. The bridge and approaches hereinbefore referred to are as follows:—That bridge over tire Waikato River at Horotiu between Allotment 79, Komakorau Parish, and Allotment 103, Horotiu Parish, Block XII., Newcastle Survey District, including the approaches thereto, the eastern approach commencing at a point distant 210 feet from the said bridge in the said Allotment 79, and the western approach commencing at a point distant 150 feet from the said bridge in the said Allotment 103, as the site of the said bridge and approaches is Jiiorc particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W!D. 43499, deposited'in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
