WAR CREDITS
PROPOSED REARRANGEMENT. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received April 26, 9.40 a.m. NEW YORK, April 25. The United Press Washington agent learns that' the re-arrangement of Anieriea's war credits to the Allies has been virtually agreed upon. It would terminate the credits to England, hut America will supply the other allies with funds heretofore advanced 1o them by England. The change is due to England's decision to raise her war funds by taxation. The cable news in this issue accredited to the Times has appeared in that jorunal, but only where expressely stated is such news the editorial opinion of th* Times
