~ A SERIES OF SUCCESSES. BULGARIAN LINES PENETRATED. TWO VILLAGES CAPTURED. (Australian and N.Z. and Reuter.) Received April 26, 9.55 a.m. LONDON, April 25. A French Eastern communique states that lighting of a very livbly character continues in different sectors. We scored a series of successes. British detachments west of Doiran penetrated the Bulgarian trenches on wide fronts, destroyed dug-outs and inflicted heavy losses Reconnoitring columns operating north of Devoli drove the enemy from a line of heights dominating the right of the Urba Valley and captured two villages beyond. They took a number of prisoners. Several enemy attacks were repulsed at the Cerna bend.
