THE Undersigned; Sheriff at » Hamilton, hereby give notice that under a Writ of Sale, issued out of the Supreme Court at Hamilton, in an action wherein Manawaiti Taohua, Moihi Manawaiti, Te Poa Manawaiti, Teriu Manawaiti, Tanirau, Manawaiti, Ringiringi Tariki, al of Te Kuiti, and Tomika Manawaiti, of Waituhi, near Taumarunui, Aboriginal Natives, are ?]aintitfs; and William Standish, of aumarunui, settler, Isabella Jane Broadtoot, wife of James Hope Broadfoot, of Pabi, farmer, Elizabeth Juno Barker, wife- of Frederick Audebon Barker, of Auckland, farmer, and Lily Aunabolla Deverill. of Waverly, sheep farmer, are defendants, I have taken in execution at the suit of the plaintiffs all the estate, right, title, or interest of the said William Standish, in all that piece of land containing 2006. acres (more or less), being Lot 3 on Deposited Plan No. 10,200, which said piece of land is .part of the block called Rangitoto Tuhua, 74 B6G, held under lease No. 7956, and is pirt of the 'land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 216. folio 43, Auckland, AND (2) in that piece of land containing 1057 acres 8 perches (more or less), being the block situated in the Tuhua Survey District called Rangitoto Tuhua, 748, Section 1, Lot 1, held under Lease No. 8213, Auckland, AND (3) in that piece of land containing 548 acres 1 rood 33 perches (more or less), being part of the Block known as Eangitoto rood 33 perches (more or less), being part of the Block known as Eangitoto Tuhua, 748, 6G, held under Lease No. 8261, and part of the land in Provisional Register Volume 99, Folio 49, of the Register Hooks at AUCKLAND, AND (4) in Memorandum of Mortgage No. 63,847, Auckland, over and affecting those pieces of land containing 1924 acres, 18 perches, being sections 1. and 11., Block XII. of the Tuhua Survey District, aud whole of the land in Crown Leases recorded in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as Volume 179, Folios 12 and 13, AND (5) in Memorandum of Mortgage No. 70,589, Auckland, over and affecting (a) all that piece of land containing 461 acres (more or less), called Putataka 1C No. 5, and all the land in Certificate of Title Volume 205, Folio 35, Auckland, (b) all that pioce of land containing 197 acres (more or less) called Te Akau A, No. 3, being all the land in Certificate of Title Volume 205, Folio 35, Auckland, and (c) all that piece of land containing 209 acres 2 roods (more or less) called Te Akau A No. 4. being all the land in Certificate of Title Volume 221, Folio 155. Auckland, and (d) all that piece of land containing 297 acres 1 rood (more or less), called Te Akau A No. 5, being all the land in Memorandum of Lease No. 6026. and Provisional Eegister Volume 47, Folio 2, Auckland, and (e) all that piece of land containing 2000 acres <more or less) callsd tfc Akau A No. 6. being all the land in Memorandum of Lease 7514, and part of the land in Certificate of Title Volume 193, Folio 275, Auckland, AND (6) all that piece of land containing 709 acres (more or less), called Eangitoto Tuhua 67D, being all the land in Lease No. 6723 and in Certificate of Title Volume 190' Folio 80, Auckland, and I further give notice that I shall cause the estate, right, title or interest of the said William Standish in the above lands to be sold by public auction by Fow and Co. at their rooms, Collingwood street, Hamilton, on Thursday, the 10th day of January, 1918, at the hour of noon unless the amount of the Writ of Sale, together with all costs and expenses, be sooner paid. solicitor for the plaintiffs is R.
