ITALIAN RESISTANCE
THE INVADERS SUFFERING HEAVILY MASSED ATTACKS REPULSED IN DISORDER. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.Received Nov. 26, 12.5 p.m. ROME, May 25. The attacks and counter-attacks on the Asiago Plateau around Melette are increasing. The enemy is paying dearly, all his attacks being broken. He thrice launched large masses against Colderta, but they were repulsed in disorder, with heavy losses. Fifty-one enemy planes have been brought down in the last four weeks.
