Sir James Wilson left Hamilton fur Wellington by the express last nivlit. The Right Hon. W. F. Massey will be the Minister to occupy a seat on the reconstructed Efficiency Board. A Press Association telegram from Dunedin announces the death of Dr. Frank Ogston, Professor of Medical Jurisprudence at the Otago I'niversity.
