Borden asked Sir Wilfred Laurier to accompany him to London as Canada's second representative at the post-war conferenc". Sir Wilfred Laurier promised Lliat the Opposition would give the same consideration to the Government's conscription proposals as they hud given to the other war measures. (U agreed that Canada should do its utmost till victory is secured.
