COAL AND PETROL.
(Reuter's Telegrams.) Received May 19, B.ir> a.m. LONDON, May 18. In the House of Commons, Sir Albert Stanley, President of the Board of Trade, stated that owing to transport difficulties coal rationing would be necessary, especially in London, next winter. He also indicated a further reduction in the civilian supply of petrol.
