STriiCT CENSORSHIP ESTABLISHED. (Reuter's Telegrams.) Received Mnv 3, 10.30 p.m. WASHINGTON, May 3. Mr Wilson lias authorised the censorship of all cables frcm the United States, besides the telegraph and telephone lilies to Mexico, with the object of preventing the transmission of information to the enemy.
