LONDON, May 2. In the House of Commons Sir H. J. Dalziel asked why enemy attacks were possible on the Kentish coast while British naval attacks on Zeebrugge were apaprently impossible. Sir Edward Carson, First Lord of the Admiralty, said it must be remembered that although the loss of life in these raids was regrettable they do not possess any military value. He assured the House that continuous attention was being given to this area.
