The Colonial Institute, Empire League and Victoria League will tender a joint reception to the overseas delegates at the Imperial Institute to-morrow. The address of welcome says: "Many a battlefield proves to the world that in fighting and death the sons of the Empire are not divided, while the presence of the overseas statesmen equally proves that our councils are undivided. We desire to register our pride in the partnership and our confidence in ultimate victory."
