ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
By Telegraph—Press Association. CiiRISTCHURCH, Monday. The dead body of a man was found floating in Lytlelton Harbour to-day. Papers showed h-s name to be Richard Rackiey, aged 27, who had been assistant cook on the s.s. Kaiapoi, and previouslf served with the Otago Battalion at the front. His parents reside at St. Kilda, Dunediu.
