Last year was his first season, when lie served a limited number of mares, and proved himself a sure foal getter, "CAMERTON LADDIE" was bred by Mr J. W. Nettleton, Esq., Camerton Hall, Burstwick, Hull. "CAMERTON LADDIE'S sire, Hill Top 11. was only shown once, in a large class in London, where be was awarded fourth prize. Hill Top 11. sired two fillies which were awarded gold medals at the London Show. This horse was passed by the Board of Agriculture as being sound and free from anv hereditary disease.
