The Germans captured the Great Eastern raillway steamer Colchester, and conveyed her to Zeebrugge. The Germans seized and released the Dutch steamer Prinz Hcndrik, bound for England, after removing 34 passengers. Germany has accepted. Holland's offeT to submit the Tubantia case to arbitration after the war. THE PRINZ HENDRIKS. ESCAPED PRISONERS ON BOARD. Received September 25, 9.30 a.m. ■ AMSTERDAM, Sept. 24. The Prinz Hendriks has been detained.
