GERMAN HARVEST.
BIG INCREASE OVER LAST YEAR. (The Times.) Received August 31, 9. Id a.m. LONDON, August 30. The German press announces that the harvest is 5,000,000 tons in excess of that of 1915. As the Roumanian grain imports were 4,000,000 tons annually their intervention will not effect the food supply in Germany.
