ROUMANIA AND BULGARIA
REPORTED ULTIMATUM. EVACUATION OF SERBIA DEMANDED BIG EVENTS FORESHADOWED. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received August 31, 11.20 a.m. LONDON, August 30. It is reported that Roumanians sending an ultimatum to Bulgaria demanding her immediate evacuation of Serbian territory and the re-establishing of her boundaries in accordance with the Bucharest Treaty, it is anticipated that events immediately pending will result in an important change in the Balkan situation, and mark the opening of a vitally important stage of the war.
