RAGLAN COUNTY COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER AMENDING BY-LAW NO. 10. A SPECIAL MEETING to confirm the following Special Order (passed by the Raglan County Council at its meeting held in Ngaruawahia on the 12th July, 1916), will be held at the County Office, Ngaruawahia, on the 13th day of Septemljer, 1916: That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that be half enabling by the Counties Act 3908, the Raglan County Council hereby resolves as follows: That By-Law No. 10 Governing Motor Traffic on the Waingaro to Ngaruawahia Road be amended as follows: That Section No. 5 of the said ByLaw, prohibiting Motor Traffic on or along the said road or any part thereof between the hours of sunset and sunrise, be deleted from the said ByLaw.
