Mr Woodrow Wilson, in a magazine article, headed ''America's Opportunity," says that when the war closes America will be the creditor of all the world, and the stabilizer -of the world's finance, while her resources will be unimpaired. America covets nothing from other nations except skill, knowledge, science and x indqstry, which she can obtain, not by force of conquest, but by the adaptability of her people.
