THE TWENTIETH'S SHORTAGE. FOI'KTKEX .MFX REQUIRED. After the departure of the draft oi" Twentieth Reinforcements on Tut sday last, it was announced that there was a shortage of nineteen men. The delcnccauthorities hoped that a spurt in recruiting would enable them to fill <:p the deficiency by Tuesday next, when the men would be sent forward to tne training camp. Up till this morning only five men had signified their willingness to leave by Tuesday, so thru the shortage is now fourteen.
