TWO REPORTED IN CAMP. WELLINGTON, Saturday. Private C. H. Cliallies (Nelson), of tho 19tli Keinforcements, died to-day at Featherston, from pneumonia, following measles. Private R. M. THE TRAITOR. FORMERLY RESIDED AT CARTERTON. WELLINGTON, Saturday. Letters received at Carterton and Masterton indicate that the soldier who deserted to the Hermans formerly lived near Carterton. A farmer in that district slates that the deserter worked for him.
