VAST REVOLUTIONARY PLOT
DISCOVERED IN TURKEY. MANY OFFICERS COMPROMISED. Received January 1(3, 5.5 p.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, January 15. The German secret police have discovered a vast revolutionary plot to overturn the Government and expel the Germans.
Numerous arrests have been made, and many Turkish officers are compromised. ■• r.« -. ■ The police have been, doubled, and Constantinople transformed into a centre of espionage, which . paralyses commercial and private life .
