The Stock Exchange unanimously proved the conditions and heavy transactions and conversions, especially in Consols, are in progress. Many insurance companies have made large applications. Cardiff coal owners and shin owners applied for over a million. The staff of the New South Wales Agency-General has agreed to subscribe at least £o per head. Received June 23. 9.30 a.m. LONDON, June 23. Business firms are assisting their employees to subscribe to the war loan. The Post Office is selling vouchers freely. Over two million prospectuses have been hsued, and a percentum war loan, which was at 93| on Monday rose to n"4. " "
