British Cruiser Torpedoed.
NO SERIOUS DAMAGE. The Higli Commissioner reports under date LONDON, 2.5 a.m., Thursday. The Admiralty announces that the cruiser Roxburgh was struck by a torpedo on Sunday in the North Sea. The damage was not serious, and she proceeded under her own steam. There were no casualties. The Roxburgh, 10,850 tons, was launched in 1905. She carries four 7.5 in guns, six 6in, and two 12-pounder guns, and has two submerged torpedo tubes. Her complement is 655.
