AUCKLAND MARKETS. Messrs Dalgety and Company, Ltd., report having held their usual weekly fat s*.ock sale yesterday as follows: Beef: A large yarding. Prices were slightly easier owing to exporters being out of the market. Choice pens of extra prime ox sold at equal to 38s per 1001b. Ordinary quality ox made 36s to 37s per 1001b. Cow and heifer beef sold at equal V> 26b to 30s. Veal: A medium yarding, which Bold at fully iate rates. Heavy suckers made up to £4 7s fid. Choice suckers made 33s to 48s 6d. others 3s to 255. Mutton: A moderate yarding. Pyces were on a par with late rates. Extra heavy wethers made up to 23s 6d, medium wethers 20s to 225, unfinished 16s 6d to 188 9d, extra heavy ewes lßs to 20b • id, medium weight 15s to 17s 6d, unfinished 12s 9d to 14s. Lamb: A large yarding, exporters operating freely, and priceß were very firm at late rates. Extra heavy woolly made up to 18b 6d, heavy 16s to 17s, medium 14s 6d to los 9d, small 12b to 13s. Pork: A large yarding, which sold at late rates. Choppers made up to 3*d per lb, baconers to 2Jd per lb, porkers made er.ual to 4£d to s*d per lb.

Best oxen sold to 39s 6d per 1001b, others 35s to 38s, cowb and heifers 33s to 365, steers sold at from £8 5s to £l6 178 fid, cows and heifers £4 to £l2 17s 6d. A draft of 20 steers from Messrs R. and W. Gollan averaged £l4 4s 9d, and many other consignments averaged over £l3 15s. Veal calvee came forward in fall supply, and sold at late rates. Heavy vealors,. £3 18s to £4 4s, medium weights £2 5s to £3. lighter 38s to 425. others 20s to 355, smaller and fresh dropped 3s to 18b. Sheep were penned in fall supply and sold at improved rates, bidding being keen.
