LIBERAL GOVERNMENT'S ENDEAVOR. LABOR PARTY REPROACHED. (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) (Receiver! Sept. 22, 9.45 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 22. The Master of Elibank.. writing to Lord Gladstone, from Kilmarnock, reproaches the Labor Party., for forcing a triangular contest, and conspiring against a Ministry which is seeking to improve the hard lot of the masses. He adds that there is little wonder that past Ministertes were shy of undertakings great reforms.
