HOCKEY.
An effort has beam made to arrang© a match between the Hamilton ladies and the Huia (Thames) ladies hoc-Key team. Saturday next was as a possdhle date, but th e Thames ladies found it 'impossible to get a team away owing to their many trips abroad recently. However, within the course of , a week or two it is q'uite possible that a match will be arranged. To come to Hamilton to play would mean that the Thames ladies would lose two days, whereas if the Hamilton ladies would meet and play them at Te Aroh a , no difficulty would he experienced.
THE NORTHERN UNION GAME. A return match will be played at Prankton on Saturday between Lower Waikato and Hamilton. Both Leagues will !> e represented by their strongest teams, and a foe gam* is anticipated. The following will represent Hamilton >-Reid, Coe, Castleton, Blincoe, Hogg, Hugibes', Devery, Harwood, St. George, Stapleton, O'Keefe, Basbable and Harwood.
