McMurray Sentenced.

GISBORNE, Wednesday. William McMurray, convicted of breaches of the Bankruptcy Act, was to-day sentenced to three months' imprisonment without hard labour, on a charge, of concealing and removing property, and two months without hard labour for not keeping proper books, the sentences to be concurrent. The judge took into consideration the prisoner's art', and the fact that he had already been four months in gaol.
