MOTOR LEAVES TRACK
11 PEOPLE KILLED

SYRACUSE (New York) Sept. IS. A racing automobile plunged from the track at high speed and killed eleven people, including several women.
The track had been made wet to lay the dust for President Taft's rids round the circuit previous to the opening, of the races. Mteiny were injured. The races proceeded, in spite of hhe disaster.
