Louise, ex-Crown Prinoess of Saxony. has published a volume of sensational memories, which makes an amazingly irank exposure of European Court life. She alleges that Royal children are moulded into clever automata. She refers to the present King of Saxony in terms of affection and gratitude and lays all blame for her misfortunes upon the late King. She states that Johann Orth, Archduke of Tuscany, who resigned his dignities in 1889 and became captain of a merchant ship and was supposed to have been lost, was still alive. EMPEROR AND ARCHDUKE. Oil her book of memoirs Princess Louise of Saxony describes the scene betwean the Emperor of Austria and the Archduke Johann Orth, which led to the latter's disappearance. The Emperor requested him to apologise for his references to the Arohduke Alhriecht. Commander-in-Chief, but Orth refused to be dictated to. A violent scene took place and Orth, in a fit of ungovernable rage tore off the Order of the Golden Fleece and flung it at the Emperor. COPIES CONFISCATED. VIENNA. Sept. 14.
