GOVERNMENT AND THE CENTRE PARTY. DATE OF THE ELECTIONS. BERLIN, December lb. Count von Bulow, in fighting the existing basis of the election, said the Go'wernment was determined to abandon the method of repeated concessions to the Centre party, and be rid of them and their vote. BERLIN, December 17. The Reichstag elections have been fixed for January '2sth.
