A DEATH DUTY CASE.
LONDON, December 14. »The executors of Mr Wymans, the American millionaire, who was domiciled in England at the time of his death, are taking legal proceedings to recover a sum of £130,000 in duty paid to the Crown on £1,600,000 worth of property outside the United Kingdom.
