THE RUSSIAN SITUATION.
BLESSING THE BANNER. MORE ASSASSINATIONS CONTEMPLATED. ST. PETERSBURG, Dec. 10. Father John of Kronstadt, in the presence of thousands of reactionaries at St. Petersburg, blessed the banner of the Union of Russian People. He denounced the Duma as an unhealthy growth. Keuter states that the extreme section of the Revolutionaries have resolved to kill the most exalted Russians.
