The Daily Telegraph complains that the great colonies at ev< ry turn find themselves ignored, cheeked. thwarted and vilified by the present Imperial Government and the reckless fanaticism of the ignorant majority of the Goverumeut has once more destroyed Dowuing-streel's reputation with our oversea kinsmen. Questions which could be easily adjusted under other circumstances are now aggravated because the Goverumeut is unable to inspire confidence.
