A TRANSVAAL MURDER.
AN INSANE TREASURE HUNTER. CAPETOWN. November 2n. Septimus Smit, the late President Kruger's grandson, has been found guilty of the murder of Hermann Davis, while they were co-operating in unearthing, the alleged buried treasure of £GO,OOO, as cabled on July 10th.
Smit was pronounced insane, and was ordei'"d to be confined during the Governor's pleasure.
