FEMALE SUFFRAGE.
♦ DEPUTATION TO MR BURNS LONDON, November 17. Mr John Burns, replying to a deputation of suffragists, stated that until Mr Keir Hardie's Women Enfranchisement Bill was read a second time next session, the Government would be unable to express an opinion as to its prospects of passing this Parliament.
