THE RUSSIAN SITUATION.
ANOTHER BOMB OUTRAGE. ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 13. While the Governor of St. Petersburg (General Rennenkampf) was walking at Irkutsk, in Siberia, a bystander threw a bomb at him. The • general was unhurt, but his assailant, was wounded, and was arrested by a soldier. ESCAPE OF PRISONERS. ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 11. Twenty five Kronstadt mutineers overpowered their killing one and wounding several. All the prisoners but cne escaped.
